Refund policy

We hope you love your Gelme’s Designs piece. Because each item is individually handmade and many are one of a kind, please review the photographs, measurements, and description carefully before purchasing.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.

Please contact us before sending a return. Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible and include photographs so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized pieces and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
